The iconic Hangitall, designed by Ray Eames in 1953, has been given a colour makeover to mark (what would have been) Ray’s 100th birthday. The three new colourways were produced in a collaboration between Vitra and the Eames Office. If you’re interested in lovely vintage graphics the Eames Office website has some great photos of the original Hangitall and it’s original 1950’s packaging.
Do you have a favourite of the new colours, or are you a purist and would rather stick to the original?
