The lucky owners of this gorgeous home – stylist Simone Haag and her husband Rhys – describe it as a mid-century modern treehouse. The house is filled with character, warmth and soul which is artfully achieved while still maintaining quite a minimal aesthetic. Quite a tricky thing to pull off, I imagine.

Every piece of furniture and homewares is a well-considered addition to the interior with the overall effect being super-stylish but also welcoming and homely. The warmth of natural timber, predominance of white, and minimal use of colour – mostly blue – is used throughout the every room of the home.
