Confident use of bold colour – not just pops of it – and eclectic decorating are predicted as major trends for 2016. This vast home in Somerset, UK showcases both trends on a grand scale in its bold and beautiful interiors. Come with me and take a look inside Homewood House.

I love the grand scale of the rooms and the unfinished timber floors… and those big windows! Although not many of us are blessed to live in such a home (I wish!), it’s a lovely example of how to confidently use colour and mix and match styles to achieve a successful eclectic vibe.
