Kip&Co has just launched its twelfth collection of vibrant bedding and homewares which are now available from stockists in Australia, NZ, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Canada and the UK. The global reach is a great testament to the brand founded by Kate, Hayley and Alex who designed their first range over a cup of tea in 2012. Kip&Co First Light collection sees the women’s eclectic boho style applied to beautiful bed linen – of course! – cushions, oversized beanbags and floor cushions, travel accessories, tableware, towels and bags.

As always the collection truly is to die for and the photos are impeccably styled, making it so hard to edit them. So be prepared to scroll Scouts because there’s a lot to love!

Sorbet hues. Kip&Co - First Light collection — Inspired by the sorbet tones of dawn, a joyful, sugar-coated kaleidoscope.

Each season we (I’m sure it’s not just me!) eagerly wait to see the colour palette for the Kip&Co signature blankets with oversize tassels. This collection has some beautiful colour combinations. Do you have a favourite? I’m torn between the mint with dusky pink tassels and the blush blanket… get in quickly because they often sell out fast.

Mix and match the patterns and colours of Kip&Co First light with the textures of European linen, luscious velvet, high-quality Indian cotton, quilted satin and chunky knits. There are textural woven cushions with layers of fringing and beautiful velvet cushions edged with tassels. The palette includes the rich tones of cinnamon, tobacco and petrol blue, with ultra-feminine vanilla cream, strawberry mousse and peach crumble. Delicious!

The beauty of Kip&Co’s collections is that you can dial up the pattern play and colour clash or pare things back to a much more subdued look like this blush on blush bed. Whatever your preference it’s all about layering.

In keeping with the relaxed boho vibe of the brand, Kip&Co are taking lounging around to the next level with their enormous super comfy bean bags and oversized floor cushions. Just add a glass of wine and a good book (and sleeping kids!) and that’s Friday night sorted. Sunday morning with a croissant and the newspaper is sounding pretty good on that beanbag too.
